Extensions are made from 1-5/8" OD (outside dimension) pipe painted high grade black paint over galvanized steel. They are 2' Long and are designed to fit on a 1-3/8" top rail only. Another Need to Know: Extensions need a Secure Base: Contingent upon the Company that installed your fence - you may have a spinning top rail here or there. Check those. If so, consider ordering "Top Rail Lock Device" (TL-138-4) comes in set of 4, 1 secures 20 feet.
These extensions are installed on existing fence, eliminating the need to remove and reinstall the top rail. Extensions are simply bolted onto existing top rail - fast and easy. Bolts are included. Extensions can be positioned to extend fence at any angle!
